According to an edit on TV Tropes, the original scene was an outtake of Jay saying “This, right here, is The Edge…” before playing the movie in it’s entirety.

It’s also believed that this deleted scene WAS originally titled “The Edge” as there is another deleted scene that is lost media with that exact name (also from episode 1).

If these ARE NOT the same, then it’s possible that whoever made that TV Tropes edit was incorrectly recalling the name of the deleted scene (meaning Mountain is actually a completely different deleted scene altogether)
